Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use north.nu and digital features provided by North Design & Communication AB, Swedish company registration number 559085-1308 (“North”, “we” or “us”). By using the website or a feature, you agree to these terms.

If you purchase consulting, design, web or marketing services, the separate proposal or customer agreement also applies. If there is a conflict, the separate agreement takes precedence.

The website provides information about North’s services and allows you to contact us. Certain features may also give authorized users access to analyses or other tools, such as keyword research using Google Ads data.

Website information is general and does not constitute a binding offer, warranty or professional advice unless expressly stated in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to grant access to any account or data you connect. You must not use the website or features unlawfully, bypass security, disrupt operation, attempt unauthorized access or distribute malicious code.

You are responsible for activity performed using your authorization and must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

When connecting a Google Account, you choose which permissions to grant through Google OAuth. North uses the access only for the function you requested and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account. The relevant feature may then stop working in whole or in part. You may only connect accounts you are authorized to represent.

Website content, design, trademarks, text, graphics and software are owned by North or used with permission. You may use the material for ordinary personal or internal business purposes, but may not copy, publish, sell or create derivative works without written permission.

Rights to material created as part of a customer engagement are governed by the separate customer agreement.

The website and features may use or link to third-party services, including Google and Netlify. Their own terms may apply in parallel. North is not responsible for third-party services, content or changes outside our control.

We aim to keep the website and features available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, change or discontinue a feature where necessary for technical, security, legal or business reasons.

The website and free features are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, North is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, loss of data or decisions made solely on the basis of automatically generated analyses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law. Liability for paid customer engagements is governed by the separate customer agreement.

We may restrict or suspend access in cases of suspected misuse, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will try to notify the affected user in advance.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should first be resolved through dialogue and then by the Swedish courts, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
